Terms of Service
Last updated October 18, 2026
These terms cover the Tascade mod, the server it connects to, the public API and this website (together, “Tascade”). Tascade is a free, fan-made project run by Coat_t. By using it you agree to these terms; if you don't, please don't use it.
Not an official Minecraft product
NOT AN OFFICIAL MINECRAFT PRODUCT. NOT APPROVED BY OR ASSOCIATED WITH MOJANG OR MICROSOFT. The Minecraft EULA and Microsoft's terms still apply to your account and your game.
Your account
You sign in with your Minecraft account, which Mojang confirms for us. We never see your Minecraft password or login token. You're responsible for what happens in Tascade under your account.
One person per account: don't let someone else play your ranked matches, and don't use more than one account to climb the leaderboards.
Fair play
Ranked and solo runs only mean something if everyone plays fair. Don't:
- Use hacked clients, macros, or any mod or tool that plays for you or shows you information the game wouldn't.
- Tamper with the timer, the seed, your world, or what the mod sends to the server.
- Abuse bugs to gain pp or Elo. Report them instead.
- Fix results: trading wins, losing on purpose, or playing your own alternate accounts.
- Harass, threaten or insult other players in match chat, spam it, or share anyone's personal information.
- Attack or overload the servers, or try to get at data that isn't yours.
Enforcement
We may review runs, matches and match chat. If we believe these rules were broken, we may remove runs, adjust or reset ratings, hide players from the leaderboards, or ban accounts from Tascade, with or without warning. We try to be fair; if you think we got it wrong, email contact@tascade.net.
Ratings and records
Performance points and Elo come from formulas that may change, and we may recalculate past results when they do. Tascade is still being developed, so leaderboards may be reset. Ratings, ranks and records have no monetary value.
Your username, ratings, runs and match history are public. The Privacy Policy explains what is shown and where.
The public API
Anyone may use the read-only API to build sites and tools, within its rate limit of 120 requests a minute. Don't try to get around the limit, and don't present what you build as the official Tascade site. The API may change or stop without notice.
The mod
The Tascade mod is licensed under the MIT License, which comes with it. These terms cover using Tascade's servers and leaderboards, whichever copy of the mod you play with.
No warranty
Tascade is free and provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. Servers may go down, features may change, data may be lost, and the project may end. To the extent the law allows, Coat_t isn't liable for any loss or damage that comes from using Tascade, including lost runs, ratings or worlds.
Changes
We may update these terms. When we do, we'll change the date at the top of this page. If you keep using Tascade after that, you accept the new terms.
